The Fire Temple is one of the first instances you can do. I'm not sure at which level you can do this, but our entire group of 6 did it at level 30. The highest level monsters we fought inside were level 37 and because there is a big gap between the monster's level and our level, we barely did any damage to them. But, it all ended up well.

3. Cira - 30 Chanter
4. Losso - 30 Assassin
5. Coy - 30 Gladiator
6. Jupiter - 30 Spiritmaster

This was actually a nice setup because to get to the boss (named Corrupt Judge Kromede) we've gotten to, having 2 templars in the group really helped out. I'm not saying you can't do it with 1 templar, but having 2 in the group makes it easier. We've got 3 people that are semi-high to high dps and we've got 1 semi-healer who can also dps. Having a chanter instead of a cleric will make things easier at the boss, but if you use the tactic we did, a chanter will be more than enough.
